Darjeeling & Gangtok

Upon arrival at NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB), our representative will welcome you and assist with your transfer to Darjeeling. En route, visit Mirik Lake and the Nepal border. Continue to Darjeeling and check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

After breakfast, explore Darjeeling's popular attractions, including Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (closed on Thursdays), Tenzing and Gombu Rock, Tibetan Refugee Self-Help Centre (closed on Sundays), Darjeeling Ropeway, Lebong Race Course, and a tea estate.

In the afternoon, visit Rock Garden and Ganga Maya Lake. Overnight stay in Darjeeling.

Early in the morning, around 4:00 AM, proceed to Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over Mount Kanchenjunga, subject to favourable weather conditions. On the return journey, visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Gangtok. In the afternoon, enjoy sightseeing covering the Directorate of Handicrafts and Handlooms, Enchey Monastery, Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Orchid Sanctuary, and Rumtek Monastery. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

After breakfast, depart for a full-day excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Dham. Tsomgo Lake is a beautiful high-altitude glacial lake situated at approximately 3,780 metres above sea level, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery.

Enjoy the scenic surroundings before returning to Gangtok. Overnight stay in Gangtok.

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport (IXB) for your onward journey.
