Day 1: Arrival at Delhi

Our company representatives will receive you on arrival at Delhi Airport and transfer you to your hotel. Overnight stay at Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi

After breakfast, proceed for a half-day tour of Old and New Delhi.

Day 3: Delhi to Agra (By Road, 221 km / 5 Hours)

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed by road to Agra, reach and check into the hotel. Relax in the evening. Overnight stay at Agra.

Day 4: Agra to Jaipur (By Road, 221 km / 5 Hours)

After breakfast, drive to the beautiful Pink City, Jaipur. Reach and check in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 5: Jaipur

After breakfast, drive to Amber Palace and enjoy an elephant-back ascent to the fort. Continue with city sightseeing. Shopping in the evening or relax. Overnight stay at Jaipur.

Day 6: Jaipur to Jodhpur (By Road, 280 km / 6 Hours)

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to Jodhpur, reach and check into the hotel. Overnight stay at Jodhpur.

Day 7: Jodhpur to Udaipur (By Road, 250 km / 5 Hours)

Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed to Udaipur. Overnight stay at Udaipur.

Day 8: Udaipur

Breakfast at the hotel. Relax in the evening. Overnight stay at Udaipur.

Day 9: Udaipur to Pushkar (By Road, 250 km / 5 Hours)

Proceed to Pushkar after breakfast and visit the Dargah. Reach Pushkar by noon and relax. Check in at Pushkar Palace. Overnight stay at Pushkar.

Day 10: Pushkar to Kishangarh to Delhi (By Road, 352 km / 7 Hours)

Drive to Kishangarh after breakfast. Lunch will be at Phool Mahal Palace. Start for Delhi and reach by evening. Transfer to the international airport for your connecting flight home.

• Travel insurance and medical expenses.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, tips, shopping and beverages.
• Any cost arising from natural calamities, road blockage, strikes, flight delays or other unforeseen events.
• Anything not mentioned in the inclusions.

Policy

Booking & Payment Policy

• A 30% advance payment of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
• The balance payment must be made 15 days before the date of arrival.
• Bookings made within 15 days of arrival require 100% payment at the time of booking.
• Rates are subject to change during peak season, festivals and special events.

Cancellation Policy

• 30 days or more before arrival: 10% of the tour cost is charged.
• 15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost is charged.
• 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost is charged.
• Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the tour cost is charged.
• Cancellations must be sent in writing by email.

Refund Policy

• Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7 to 10 working days after the cancellation is confirmed.
• Refunds are made through the same mode of payment used for booking.
• Unused services, such as hotel nights, meals or sightseeing, are not refundable.

General Terms

• Hotel check-in time is usually 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
• The itinerary may be changed or reordered due to weather, road conditions, monument closures or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Hotels may be replaced with similar category hotels if the original hotel is not available.
• Elephant rides at Amber Fort are subject to availability and local rules.
• We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by flight or train delays, strikes, natural calamities or events beyond our control. Any extra cost is to be paid by the guest.
• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valid travel documents and visas.

1. What is the best time to take this Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Pushkar tour?

The best time is from October to March, when the weather is cool and pleasant for sightseeing. April to June is very hot, and the monsoon (July to September) brings rain, although it also makes the landscape green.

2. How many days and nights is this tour?

It is a 10-day, 9-night tour that starts with arrival in Delhi and ends with a transfer to the international airport for your flight home on Day 10.

3. Which cities and places are covered?

The tour covers Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Pushkar, with a stop at Kishangarh on the last day. Sightseeing includes Old and New Delhi, Amber Palace in Jaipur and the Dargah in Pushkar.

4. Are meals included in the package?

Breakfast is included at the hotel every day, and lunch is included at Phool Mahal Palace on Day 10. Other meals are not included unless confirmed in your package.

5. Is airport pickup and drop included?

Yes. Our representative receives you at Delhi Airport on arrival and transfers you to your hotel. On Day 10, you are transferred to the international airport for your connecting flight home.

6. What kind of vehicle will be used?

All road transfers and sightseeing are done by a private air-conditioned vehicle with a driver, as per the itinerary. The vehicle size depends on the group size.

7. How long are the road journeys between cities?

The drives range from about 5 to 7 hours, for example Delhi to Agra and Jaipur to Jodhpur. Breaks for tea, meals and photos are taken on the way.

8. Are entrance fees and guides included?

Monument entrance fees and guide charges are not included unless mentioned in your package. We can arrange guides at an extra cost on request.

9. Can the itinerary or hotels be customised?

Yes. We can change the hotel category, add more nights in cities like Udaipur or Jaipur, or add experiences such as a desert safari or a cooking class. Tell us your preferences and we will share a revised quote.

10. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation charges depend on how close to arrival you cancel. Please see the Policy section for details. Cancellations must be sent in writing by email.
